ENHANCING JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR HIGH LEVEL SPECIALISTS IN PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SECTORS

As part of the Europe 2020 Strategy, the Innovation Union Flagship, comprised of actions to create the Innovation Union, was adopted. The central idea of this aim is the development of the ERA framework to encourage and facilitate the mobility of researchers and remove obstacles to mobility and cross-border cooperation. To achieve the Innovation Union, industry and national research and innovation systems need to be better connected with each other in order to improve their performance and enable a free flow of knowledge between researchers, research institutions and private sector. The labor market for highly skilled professionals is a key point in the strategy and it is in the focus of the seminar which will be held on the second day of the event on 16 October at 14:00. EURAXESS network will be presented by Svetlana Dimitrova, EURAXESS BHO, Sofia University and Peter Statev, Chairman of the Board of the ICT Cluster, will present the position of the business network. HR leaders and companies managers will take participation in the discussion.
