TOPICAL ISSUES TO BE DISCUSSED
The Bulgarian economy urgently needs to implement innovations and cutting-edge modern technologies in order to be competitive at the global market.
Bulgaria, as well as the other European countries, suffers from a lack of enough resources fitted for export. One of the challenges for the country during 21 century will be to develop and export its own innovations. In order to cope with this challenge the country needs well organised and effectively functioning instruments. One of them are the technology centres and parks. Some of the West-European countries have a long experience and gain significant advantage in this field. Our purpose is to overtake this development as soon as possible.
